Placing an order from me means you agree to this terms.

Returns/Cancellations

If you want to cancel an order, you have 24 hours after the order was placed to cancel it. After that, work will begin on your order and it cannot be cancelled while in production. Once you receive your order you may return it for refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Returns must be sent back unworn within 14 days of receiving it.

All codpieces are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Production estimates

Production times are estimates. Orders may take longer than their estimate.

Most pieces have a 4-8 week production time unless otherwise noted in the product description. Orders placed during a sale may take a few weeks longer than their listed production times.

If an order is delayed I will reach out with an updated estimate. You will have the option of a refund if the new estimate is too long.

Do not message me on any social media. They are disorganized and not easy to keep track of.

Measurements

With the exception of some one size fits all pieces, all made to order pieces are made to your specific measurements. To find your measurements use a tape measure and wrap it around the part of your body that the product listing is asking for and enter them in the box when adding to your cart.

You can place an order without providing measurements if you need time to get them to me but at a certain point in the process of making your order I will need the measurements to continue. If I don’t have them by the time I will put your order to the side and pause the production until I have them. I will not send reminders for these measurements, its your responsibility to get them to me (if you’ve gotten this far you’ve figured out I hate emails!)

If the measurements provided were incorrect, the customer is responsible for exchange shipping, both ways. Some pieces can be quickly resized but others may need to be completely remade. If it needs to be remade the production time will reset so it is best to make sure they are correct the first time. If the measurements provided were correct but it was made incorrectly, I will cover shipping and get it to you asap.

Domestic Shipping

Items are shipped via priority mail and take around 2-3 days to be delivered. When the order ships, you will get an email with tracking information. I am not responsible for any lost or damaged packages, it will be up to you to file a claim with the USPS. Lost or damaged orders will not be refunded or remade. Please contact me if you would like to purchase additional insurance or require signature confirmation.

International Shipping

Items are shipped via first class mail. Please contact me for additional shipping options. There is no shipping estimate for international shipping, even with upgraded shipping methods. Items may be held in customs for longer than expected so please plan accordingly.

All import/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If there are any issues with delivery please contact your local post office. They will have more information than I do.
