Update 11/17: Currently experiencing a higher order volume than normal with many orders over their estimated production time. Through the holidays I will be increasing my production hours to tackle this delay so it doesn’t affect future orders.
To do this I will be running two production lines. The first and majority of my time will be on the orders that are over their listed estimate. I will then be spending some extra time working on batching orders. Grouping by product type is a much faster way to work than going in the order they were placed. This will ensure that current orders are shipped on time and that I am able to stock my shop with more ready to ship pieces.
My plan is to have no overdue orders, lower pending order count and many more pieces in stock by the end of the year. I really appreciate your patience as I work through this.
